HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE AIR DUCT?
We go to each individual vent/return, and brush them from the vent opening to the main trunk line with a flexible brush that fits the diameter of each vent and return in the home making sure to break up all dust, pollen, mold, dander and dust as efficiently as possible. Then we use the same procedure in the main trunk line with a bigger brush. We will use our truck-mounted vacuum that is (5,000 CFM’s) to suck out everything we just broke up with the brush. We also clean the vent covers with a soft cloth.

To sanitize the air ducts, we use a product called EnviroCon, which is environmentally safe around kids and pets. This product is recommended by the EPA. We use a fogger machine to sanitize each branch with the EnviroCon

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE FURNACE?
The cover is taken off of the furnace and the safety button is released, which ensures that the furnace will not turn on during this time.

The big fan in the furnace is cleaned, called the blower. It looks like a miniature jet engine. We use a brush, vacuum the blower. Cleaning the burner comes next with a brush and vacuum, followed by cleaning the flame sensor with very fine sand paper. The flame sensor is a small metal rod inside the burner. The gas valve and induced fan are brushed off with a paint brush. All settings and voltages are checked to ensure their correct settings, and the pressure switch is also checked to ensure the proper pressure in the furnace

The water temperature on the powerful El Diablo steam cleaner during carpet and upholstery cleaning can range from 120-300 degrees.
